Oh No, Not Another Danged Oil Thread!!!

Found this hidden away in the pantry, opened and out of date.

What do you think? Should we use it? Or mix it with the used motor oil and throw it out?

"Not another oil thread"Gee what is it with Texans and oil? Use it for a squeaky hinge on a door, perhaps a squeaky wheel or anything else that needs a "healthy" dose of oil.
I wouldn't risk ingesting it myself, but I'm not a food prep. guy or knowledgable in "oils" other than knowing it can go bad if not refrigerated...

That said I 'd like to highjack this thread and make it for some dirty Texan jokes or comments...Even though I've never met a Texan I didn't like, and am sure, just like wherever we go nowadays there are a very many wonderful and fine people there...

I find it very intimidating that a state slogan can be "Don't mess with Texas"
Like anyone in there right mind is goin' to mess with a population that carries rifles in there pick-ups, probably is packin' a handgun, supports the death penalty, and it's okay to kill someone as long as your married to her....

The slogan's more than a bit on the defensive side, no!.......

p.s.....I really do like Texas...anyone else have observations they'd like to share? I have more but don't want to use them all in one post.
Plus if I get shot no one else better post!....

On a serious note: It should be quite OK if it has been in a cool dark place and sealed. Have a look at Does olive oil go bad?

Some amphoras from ancient Greece have been found with usable oil in them.

Although I have had Miss Jaffa (Burnt Orange 2007 Versys) for a while, I still have a lot to learn.
