Question Going to Toronto - Suggestions?

I am heading to Toronto with the family. Any suggestions for things to see and places to eat? I'll have my 1 year old granddaughter to entertain.

I have the Hockey Hall of Fame on the list but will need more for a 5 day visit.

Thanks for any suggestions!!

If you're at the Rogers Centre for the Jays, you'll be right beside the CN Tower. No longer the tallest building in the world (thanks, Dubai) but still pretty fun to go up. Also, right in the same neighbourhood is the Steam Whistle Brewery. Pretty cool place to see, built in the old train roundhouse. The Toronto Zoo was always a favourite for my kids. It's huge, so be prepared to get some exercise walking.

Enjoy your trip.

The distillery district downtown is a nice area to wander around and find good places to eat. CN Tower is an interesting visit. Download a parking app to find cheap places to park or take the subway. Muggings and the like are pretty much non existent compared to many US cities so don't worry about wandering around downtown after dark. You'll get great value with the US/CDN exchange rate. You'll usually get a better exchange rate if you wait until you get here to change US to Cdn money or just use your Interact enabled debit or credit card. Check out the Blue Jays or Raptors game schedule!

We are really enjoying Toronto. We visited Toronto Island, High Park, the St. Lawrence Market and the aquarium. Still might take in a Jays game too. Fantastic city!

Thanks for all of the suggestions.

Now that I've been there, I can see why you might miss it. I would definitely like to go back as there is so much more to see and do.

But, it's hard to beat living in the Rockies!
