When I was 16, 1966 International Scout with a soft top. Manual 3 speed, high and low range, in and out of 4 wheel drive, and overdrive levers in the floor. Never had to many friends ask to drive it!

1950 Ford Coupe (NOT the 'Business Coupe'!)

Here's a picture of what was my first car (but THIS isn't mine).
Canadian coupes had a full rear seat, as well as opening rear window (tilted out like the front vent windows), unlike Business Coupes.

After I sold it, the new owner drag-raced it, and held the F stock records in Alberta for a few years.

1964 1/2 Mustang coupe with a 260 cubic inch V8 that was only available in early production cars, 3 speed floor shift transmission and Ford A/C hung under the dash.
Car also had a package that deleted the fake chrome scoops on the quarter panels and added rocker panel moldings.

We also had a Maverick as a second car, green 1973... My first car was a 1981 Toyota Celica GT with 20R engine and 5-speed manual tranny, which got wrecked, then I got a 1979 RX7 until the engine seized, then a 1985 Fiero GT...

Looked just like this one as well...white with white.

And I think you mean 1985 Fireo...they quit making them in 1988.

'73 Toyota Carolla, 1.5l hemi engine, 5 speed stick. It was a dentist's wife's car which she drove 6,000 miles per year and had every receipt from the dealer for all the maintenance. I paid $1500 for it in the spring of '78, my senior year in high school. Great little car.

850cc 33BHP
4 speed stick shift (it was known as a "magic wand" gearlever because it was so long & it could be hit & miss where it landed!)

You could also fit a single mattress in the back for "recreational" purposes!
