welcome fellow 1st genner...... what upgrades did it have to start with ? or are you bone stock?
everyone on here seams to be really short so lowering it is the first thing they do...i personally added aux outlet , batter tender hookups, heated grips and trunk box

Welcome aboard. Really no limit as to accessories. From reading about a recent crash, engine/crash guard bars might be a first purchase, the fellow had SW Motech guards.

A decent jacket, helmet gloves and maybe rain gear would be on my list too.

I second the crash guards! SW Motech were a breeze to install. Also hand guards, help keep the hands warm and bug free
