Get up some speed and do a few hard stop using only the rear brake. Those fresh pads can make a little noise. Went up,to 70 on mine 2-3 time and did a hard brake with the rear only, they are quiet now.

I believe that the proper way to "bed" new brakes is to AVOID hard stops, or 'riding the brake' - which can "glaze" your pads.

Hi they make aloud grinding noise when applied and also whilst pushing the bike into the shed they grind with no brake applied. Kawasaki have been good and swapped pads and checked brakes but now it is doing it again.
