Thanks jcctx, Just want to stand on her oh so bad! The boys at the EDGE are top notch I'm sure and it's a very busy time for them I know...but I've got time to go in everyday and buy stuff and bother them relentlesly until they cough her up early for me...Hey I can darn near live at the place for all I care...I need to find a bag or attachment to carry my TIM HORTONS coffee after all!! MAYBE A MOUNTING BRACKET BY THE SPEEDO SO WHEN SHE STANDS UP I GET A DRINK
Plan #2 Get wet

HEY FASTOMAN Malaysia sound like a beauty place to cruise. On a totally unrelated topic do you think we are bike riders?...or do REAL bikers DRIVE the bike...personally I think a passenger is a rider and the driver drives to ride...Just thinking of what an old aquaintance once told me about wimpy bike RIDERS...He drove his bike... JUST WAITING TO RIDE!
The gps mounts look good but where do I put my coffee cup?

The gps mounts look good but I think I'LL just keep my garmin in my pocket and pull over when needed. My coffe cup is going in that spot!
Discovering Malaysia these days with the versys, yes good place to cruise but the tropical rain can sometime ceate hell for riders.
When you get a bike you think you own it and after sometime its the other way around. It owns you and your life changes.

safe ride

is that tropical rain seasonal or all year around, i presume from winter to summer your temp is pretty constant

We got mosoon seasons but we also got some leak somewhere. It rains when it like. Morning can be bright sky and then evening it will pour like hell. Most of us avoid rain and ride only on STFW-Subject to fair weather.

We are sitting pretty in some of the wettes region in the world. Well thats what tropical climate is all about...NO SNOW OF COURSE but floods

Handling salt shipment. ship had to wait almost a week to unload

Food after about 4 hours of rain at the Plant.
Get the picture, you need a boat not a versys. Good thing its not all the time.

IMO If you’re in it you’re driving, if you’re on it you’re riding... and if you’re pegs are getting close to the ground, you move the `g’ into the cornering force column because then you’re really Ridin’

Also, even though I never used to... I’ve come to dislike the term “Biker” a bit. To me (especially when it’s said by the uninitiated) it seems to be too often used (unfortunately) as a synonym for Bad-Ass. Whenever someone asks me if I’m a ”Biker”, I tell them, “No, I’m a Rider... No tattoos and I hate to cruise.”

Oh yeah, it’s definitely a Bike. Motorcycles are what Motorcyclists ride... and those are folks who only bought it because it was an economical way to commute...
