Hello from Southern Indiana

Hello to everyone, just joined, it's raining pretty good here and wanted to do something sort-of useful. I've been back into riding about 9 years and have graduated from a series of Harleys. Right now I ride a Road King Classic and my wife rides a Dyna. I bought the Versys a month ago to take these hills a bit quicker and am thoroughly enjoying this bike. But, boy is it different than the Harleys! Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks.

Welcome and hope you enjoy the V! I have not ridden a Harley, but I could imagine the difference in the fact that the V motor rpm redlines so much higher than a Harley, it will be a different ride.

V_HD Crazy_SOB,

Never rode a Harley but know a few who do.
Good of you to try something different. Hope you enjoy your V...

Thanks all, good to be on the forum, expecting to make some friends and share info on the V.

The V is lots different than a Harley,,, lighter, quieter and mucho quicker, but we're planning on keeping all three bikes.

By the way, does anyone know about LxiL exhaust? Dealer? Are they still in production?
