New to me 2012 black with mods!

So I had been searching the earth for a deal on an all black 2012 Versys, and finally found one in WV. I could buy one locally for cost from my buddy that manages a local Kawi dealer, but even at cost it wasn't cheap enough not to be massively upside down. Ended up striking a deal on this 1700 mile example including a few nice farkles on it and called it a day. My other bike is a 150 WHP 2007 FZ1, so I was just looking for a fun light adventure style tourer, and think I found it. Here's some pics of the build and final product:

Wiring up the SW-Motech GPS mount:

Installing the SW-Motech rack:

Installing the sequential integrated tail light and R&G tail tidy. I lopped off the ears on the tail tidy for the stock signals since I wouldn't be using them.

Installing the Super Sprox 44T sprocket (GREAT mod!). Dropped 400 RPM on the highway.

Finished Product:

Love it so far, does everything I want.

I don't have pictures of everything, so here's a mod list:

Osram 65w bulbs
MRA Vario X-Screen
434 Racing billet shorty levers
Rhino Moto barend
CRG Lanesplitter mirror
Kaoko throttle lock
Kawasaki relay/12V bracket
Bikemaster waterproof 12V socket
Ram Aquabox iPhone mount
Cortech Micro tank bag
Garmin Nuvi 660
SW-Motech GPS bracket
SW-Motech crash bars
SW-Motech skidplate
SW-Motech highway pegs
SW-Motech Alu rack
SW-Motech Givi adapter plate
Givi 33L
Givi backrest pad
Motodynamic integrated tail light
Super Sprox ultra light 44T
Rear spools/sliders
Vance and Hines CS-One
R&G tail tidy
Bridgestone S20's

Nice! I also forgot to mention I pulled the reflectors and bought new OEM bolts to put in their place, along with Ninja 250 mirror hole plugs.

Nice job! It looks good.
I have been thinking about the bar end mirrors.
Do you like the one you have?

Welcome, if you do not mind asking how do you find your screen and what height are you as considering replacing my stock screen due to cracks in it ( my fault over tightened screen bolts)

I like the bar end much better, no buffeting and a nice wide field of vision. No more starring at my elbows!

The bike actually came with this screen, so I can't compare it to stock, but I will say I think it works just fine as is.

Glad I saw your pictures with the bar end mirror.
I got the left side CRG Hindsight Lanesplitter today and installed.
I did not get the adapter like you have. I was able to fit it between
the stock bar end and the grip without moving my controls inboard.
Looks so much better with those stock mirrors removed.

Going from a 46T to 44T only dropped 400rpm on the highway? I was thinking about the same swap but thought it might drop 600-700rpm on the highway.

Just go 16T front instead of 44T rear for a little more.

Going from 46 to 44 drops only about 250 on the highway (5,500 to 5,261). Going from 15T to 16T drops 350 (5,500 to 5,156) or (6,000 to 5,739) and (6,000 to 5,725).
