Greetings from MinneSNOWta....

I brought my new V home last weekend....

I got up this morning and it was -2F with about 2" of new snow on the ground. Welcome to Minnesota....if you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes and it will change. If you do like the weather, wait 5 minutes and it will change anyway.

Very nice looking bike you got there... every real-world picture I see of the blue Versys, the more I want that color.

Come on tax return!

Hitching Post in Fridley.....I put the deposit on mine last Wednesday and by the time I went back on Friday to sign the papers, they had already rolled another blue one out of the warehouse to take it's place on the showroom floor.

My favorite HP! I went there a lot this winter hoping to see the new colors but they never had one, and I gave up around the time of the motorcycle show. Mine's coming from Caswell Cycle up in Mora, but I might have it serviced at HP because it's so much closer.

I'll be sure to wave if I see a blue V on the road!

I live in Lino and work in Fridley, so you might see me around. FYI, if you want to drool on one in advance of Saturday, HP has both colors sitting on the floor right now.

I doubt we'll get a chance, but it's good to know they're out there!

Although I'm on Active Duty right now, I have lived in Stillwater most of my life. Congrats on the new bike even if you couldn't choose the right color.

It won't be too long before the weather gets nicer.

I'm outta here...

Welcome Smurf!

Tomorrow morning I'm leaving Alberta and heading for the west coast. Anything's better than what we have here in Alberta. It was -26 this morning. Yuck!

Just a small observation, I have noticed on a few of the pics. that there are round reflectors at the side of the front weels; I have not noticed this on bikes before and wonder if it is a requirement in some countries?? or just a customers add on.

Nice bike. Blue was the color i really wanted but would have been $1000 more than the red 08 they had trying to move. Traded a 1600 Cruiser in on it. Here in Iowa isn't much different than you with the cold. Maybe 50 here in a day or two and i will ride for sure. Haven't got my break in miles yet. Come on spring. Welcome to the bunch

I think lots of Americans take those silly reflectors off. It's probably the first thing I'll do tomorrow after I bring my V home.

They are on the back also but if you put racks for hard bags they have to come off. Have done that in the US for years that i can remember.

Really like the blue,
