Oregon Versys owner

Hi, all! I'm Jake, and I'm the mostly (see below) happy owner of an '08 Versys. (I picked the Versys because I'm 6'6", and the Versys was the tallest bike I could find in my local area.)

I've lurked here off and on since shortly after I got the thing, but I've been meaning to replace that damnable stock seat for years now, and just haven't quite gotten around to it... so I intend to ask for some advice (which I'll do in the proper forum after my newbie gag is released).

Take a look at the Seat Concepts seat. Definetly taller for those of us with long legs. More comfortable too for reasonably cheap.

I'll take a look, thanks!

(I really should have done this before the weather turned nice.)

You can order the foam and cover and do it yourself. Think I had mine in about a week. Pretty simple with some patience and a staple gun.

Mr. Ed's Moto in Albany, OR is a good option. A custom seat made to your spec while you're at the shop.

Cottage Grove. I won't say that it's the very best town in the very best state... but I'll think it really loudly.
