Smile Versys, where have you been all my life

I just purchased my first Versys, a 2008 model. I never knew such a bike existed until now. I took some pictures of it of course, before adding a Corbin seat, Givi windshield, and Givi side cases. Rode it to work today, even though it was 25F this morning, can't stay off.

hahah thats cool. I hated the thing and picked on it for 6 months while it sat on the dealer's floor before actually riding one.
I went straight back and bought the bike that afternoon... the boys were shocked good and proper when I turned up for a fast group ride. A few were even wondering if I'd lost a brain cell or two..
The first set of corners settled that good and proper and I was only left behind on the really open stuff, then only to reel them all in again and get inside their line.. There's something very wrong about this I kept saying inside my helmet..

Good looking red V there Drumley. Just what's needed to get the blood flowing on a cold Atlanta morning!

great bike isn't it. But 26 degrees in the Hotlanta area? Folks must be freezing their patooties off!

Welcome, and glad you have made the big discovery that so many of us have found!

You are in luck living near Hatlanta. There are several forum members down there as well as northern Georgia.

from Seattle where it was 34 degrees when I went for a ride yesterday. Yes, you picked up a great bike. You should have a great time with it.

Well apparently I've led a sheltered life. What's the black thing on your front fender?
