Hi, my name is Jon aka limeex2. Just bought a 2015 to replace my GL1800 which was getting to big for me as I age. With my 35" inseam and being 350 lb less than my Wing I am looking forward to the joy's of a new bike. I had just had elective surgery on my hand and foot when I traveled from My hometown of Stillwater Mn to Janesville Wi to pick up my new ride. It was at the Harley dealer and had a great "just get rid of it" price, but I have yet to drive it. Put it on the trailer bound for home. Spring cannot come fast enough.

Welcome from the UK. I switched bikes due to weight issues too. My Varadero was very top heavy. The super light clutch on the Versys is kind to my arthritic hand too.

The Versys 650 will feel like a toy after riding a Goldwing but...fear not you will get used to it quickly and love it.

Super flickable and quick to change direction. Very easy to turn around in a tight space and you can easily push it up hill into your garage without having to call the tow truck.

Cheers mate.

2015 V-650 of course it's green...it's a Kazawalski.

Welcome, I hope the change from the Wing to the Versys will go well, you will certainly notice a difference in handling.

Welcome Stillwater! I'm from Bloomington but rarely there anymore. Those winters are brutal. Great forum!
