Hi All, looking seriously at purchasing a Versys 300. Getting a bit tired of larger bikes present have a Honda Nt700 looking forward to light responsive set of wheels.

The Versys-X 300 is light and nimble but is still a full-sized bike and can tour as well. You just need to row that gearbox. It just loves to rev. The motor comes straight from the Ninja 300 which is well proven and reliable.
The only known issues so far are a hard seat and that some like to gear it up.

Welcome aboard! Double down on what Brockie said about the seat and gearing. For longer distance work, you may want to change the windshield as well.
