New member from Nova Scotia...

Hello everyone. Steve here. I don't have a Versys yet, but I am going to buy a brand new one next spring!! Can't wait, to be honest
I've just finished my MSF course last weekend, and am brand new to motorcycling. I'm looking for an all round, good for everything type of bike, and from what I can tell, the Versys is it. Unfortunately here where I live, there is only one Kawasaki dealer, and they don't allow test drives on their new bikes. So I have to go by what I am reading here.
Cheers!
Steve

Hi Steve,
you're not going to find anyone around here that will talk you out of a V.
I had the same issue with a test ride in Ontario. Walking in with a pocket full of $20 bills changed their mind. They did their PDI (pre-delivery inspection), hooked up the battery added some fuel and I was on the road!
Just a tip.

Either way, you and your V will live happily ever after...Once you're together!

Thanks for all the welcomes guys! It's so frustrating having just done the course and now I have the itch to ride so bad, and I have to wait until next spring before I get to have my Versys!!
There is a local company that rents motorcycles, but the only kind they have are the Honda CBR 125's. I may have to end up taking one of those for a few days, just to get it out of my system, lol......
