Soon to be Versys Owner!

Hey everyone!
I'll be graduating college in the spring and am planning on buying a new Versys then!
I'm excited to drive through a few states and maybe meet up with a few of you!

If you are going to get a 2012 they are talking about making a 1000cc V. I would say check gas mileage first because so far Im happy with my 650.

I think you will find the more you ride it the more you will like it. That is what happened to me.

It'll be my first bike... I'm not sure I'll survive 1000cc

Welcome aboard. You made nice choice in your first bike, i have a suspicion that it isnt necessarily the best being that its pretty tall, but it was my first too and ive made out decently so far. Have you taken an MSF class? ride safe and remember to always ride with your gear.

The V is one of only a hand full of bikes that qualify as both a beginners bike and also one that an experienced rider would want to keep.

I'll be taking the MSF class prior to purchasing the bike
I've been looking at gear for a while, but it's all so expensive! It makes me think it'll be close to a 10th of the cost of the bike
