Hey from Mumbai

Hey guys, really stoked to be a part of this forum.

I'm from Mumbai and I ride a Harley Street 750 and a Royal Enfield Classic 500.

I came to this forum to explore and get more knowledge about the Versys X-300. That seems to be the perfect bike for the terrain in India.

Cheers!

Welcome! Having visited India, I agree. The traffic and roads require something with good suspension travel and that can handle poor quality roads. You won't need gobs of power since road speeds are so low most of the time. I don't know what Kawasaki dealers and support are like in India, but if parts and service are good or you are handy with a wrench, you're right to give it a serious look.

Are you going to add to the stable, or replace one of the bikes you have?

Sounds like you are a rich man over there with multiple bikes at your beck and call.

Haha, helps having a younger sibling you can push off your older bikes to

I suppose I would replace the Enfield, 3 bikes for 2 guys is one too many.

Yup, that's the plan. Doing a Ladakh ride on this would be great fun!

Kawa has a plant here so I expect spares shouldn't be too much of a problem.
