Foot peg

Hello, just got a 650 Versys 2012 last Monday and did any of you tried to put some kind of mini-flat board or something similar instead of the usual foot peg? Something that would be a good compromise between comfort and not too bulky or obstructive for light off-road use....

I put SW-Motech wider on/off road pegs on my 2015. I imagine they make them for yours, too. Check Revzilla or Twisted Throttle for them.

2015 Versys 650 ABS
AMA, Retreads Int'l.

Shoodaben ECU reflash; SW-Motech luggage rack, side racks, cases, foot pegs & GPS shelf; Motowerk mirror extenders, side stand foot & highway pegs; RKA tank bag; Nat'l Cycle windscreen; Givi hand guards; BMW grips; Hyper-Lites; Sargent seat; full decalectomy.

I have SWM pegs, which have a convex top, so they sort of feel smaller than they are - I personally wouldn't re-purchase for that reason, but otherwise good.

I have seen and stood the IMS ADV II pegs and they are awesome! Closest thing to a floorboard for an ADV bike. https://www.imsproducts.com/Products...&SeriesSet=ADV II&sed=true&tyd=true

I've also seen guys weld other pegs to the back side to get more foot area, and other than looking goofy, they seem to work equally as well for very little dough.

Of course, these are all off road versions, if it's a real street floorboard you seek, these aren't them.

Good luck.
