Welcome!

Try the SEARCH function. Several of us have posted threads on raising the front fender.

IF you add a 130/80 front tire, BE ADVISED that (INITIALLY) it feels as tho' the bike will NOT turn, but an hour later you won't even remember that...!

I hope it's not because you're unconscious in the shrubbery!

Hi Eddie, heard of you from Valley Moto Sport WestBank and Aris, fella in Chilliwack I bough my Versys from.. Anyway, with the bias front, how does it compare to a radial, slippage, hard?..worries me a little..and do you gain enough to have a 19" diameter with 120/90__130/80? Being a newbie to this style of bike, would stock size radials (Shinko 905) be good enough first time around, hear their not to great in wet, but otherwise good all-rounder..nice to meet you..

The 705's would be a better fit. OR you can fit a TKC80 120/70 on the front with no fender raising needed. I've run mine that way for 2+ years.

Welcome to the forum!

I have NO experience w/ Shinko 905s, and I'm not sure what your question is. I'll PM you w/ my phone #, and you can call me after 06 April....
