My Thanks Giving ride

Here is a few pics from my thanks giving ride.
Yes we do get some snow in California and not in the Sierras.
This is a mountain just out side of San Jose Ca. called Mt Hamilton HWY 130

Nice pics. Thanks for posting.

We also went riding here in East Central Missouri.

A nice leisurely ride on the two lanes and some gravel on the Missouri river bottom roads. It was sunny and 70 degrees.

Yes, nice ride pictures. They ride over that mountain in the "Tour of California" if I remember correctly. How low does the snow line reach?

You have probably answered this in multiple places, but what top box are you using and how is it mounted?

Nice ride and nice photos. I especially like the third photo - California on the left side of the road, Colorado on the right.

The snow was just at the top 200 feet of the mountain. It was melting as I was riding up Probably gone now. What on the back is not a top box but a Cortech sport seat bag early model with bungee cords
Here is someone else photo of the same bag

A few nice thing a bought this bag. 1 it expands side was 2" on each side . 2. It will buckle to a set of soft pannier bags.

Here is some ones photos of the whole system.

I cant tell you if global warming is real as the temps that night where 31 degrees. Boy was that a cold ride home.

Well obviously the planet's overall temp increasing a degree or three Celsius would preclude it from ever getting cold anywhere on the face of the earth again; therefore, it must be a hoax. In fact, all science is a hoax. It would be smart not to consult anyone who dabbles in that evil alchemy. No more doctors, no more engineered motorcycles, no more GPS.

I say that moving forward we should all live strictly by the stories in the ancient text of prehistoric desert dwellers, ride around in Toyota pickups, waive flags, and shoot things we don't like.

just a nit pic but these two are can not exist together. prehistoric means prior to recorded history. ancient text are recorded history.
just sayin.

what do you have against riding around in Toyota tacos and shooting stuff?

that aside, many many scientists have come out to state that the earth is cooling and the global warming info from NASA was heavily fudged numbers to get the desired result.

when scientists disagree with scientists, which ones are exactly calling science a hoax? there is actually a lot more evidence that the earth temps follow the sunspot activity than greenhouse gasses.

and recent measurements of the polar ice caps has shown that they are getting thicker. I'm more concerned with toxic pollution than the whimsical temp changes.

Tell it to the glaciers that have been receding to nothingness and the shedding ice fields in Greenland and the Antarctic. Tell it to the ships that will soon float across the North Pole that used to be solid ice. Tell it to the islands and coast lands that are already flooding.

One group of scientists do science. Whoever else you are referring to apparently does a lot of propaganda for energy companies.

From Scientific American: "Exxon was aware of climate change, as early as 1977, 11 years before it became a public issue, according to a recent investigation from InsideClimate News. This knowledge did not prevent the company (now ExxonMobil and the world’s largest oil and gas company) from spending decades refusing to publicly acknowledge climate change and even promoting climate misinformation—an approach many have likened to the lies spread by the tobacco industry regarding the health risks of smoking. Both industries were conscious that their products wouldn’t stay profitable once the world understood the risks, so much so that they used the same consultants to develop strategies on how to communicate with the public. "
