Talking Bicyclebob's V

Cleaned off the tail, changed the exhaust, no more decals or reflectors.

Japanese scientists have created a camera with such a fast shutter speed they now can photograph a woman with her mouth shut.

NICE!!! I love the look of the rear sides without the rear footpeg trellis, and the tail tidy looks great too.

You funny guy. Thanks for the kind words.

Wonder if that chia stuff would grow on my buddies seat?

Do you find that there is any deflection in the subframe when you sit on it? Has anyone else posted on this topic??

It has had zero effect on the handling. I have not noticed any deflection at all. I actually looked at the 650 Ninja prior to doing this. Both bikes use the same frame and the Ninja has no trellis. I have been told that it was added to the V to compensate for the added loads of bags and etcetera.
The wife is not too keen about loosing her place to ride but hey a guy needs some peace and quiet sometimes!

Looks good

Bob,

Thanks again for the moral support when we had the flat in Bellingham. Jennifer and I got home safe. Here is the report of our trip and we mentioned you in it.

Great trip

That looks like it was an absolutely amazing adventure. Everyone needs to read your descriptions about going to and from Alaska. I will look you up on my next trip south.

Cheers,
Bob
