Shakedown ride

With most of the farkles installed and 1000 miles on the clock it was time to take a little trip. So headed for the Navy museum in Pensacola, about 600 miles from Fort Myers.

The ride was great, no issues other than the cowl buzz showing up at about 1600 miles. Did a temporary fix on the road, no problem. I had installed a 43tooth sprocket and I think it is perfect for this bike. Gives a 75 mph cruise right where the engine is very smooth.

Would I ride this bike across the country? Hell yes. It is the lightweight sport
bike/long hauler I hoped it would be.

A pic of the F-14 in front of the Navy museum and one of the lafayette Inn located in beautiful downtown Mayo, Fl on Hwy 27.

Yes, more pics from the museum. I think the Navy has just about everything that they ever put into service. It would be easy to spend a full day there.
