Rainy Day ride

It was a dreary looking day when I got up to Suches at around 8am. The bright spot was the smile on Mimi's face early in the morning. At first I thought she might not be there because it was so quite believe it or not she was busy working. LOL!! She was more blond then ever. Al and I hung out for a while and Stanley came over and even though it looked bad in Suches Stanley and I decided to go riding anyway. We went north on 60 and it was not long before it looked pretty decent. I decided to hang close to home and took Stanley on a lot of roads he had never been on. You do not have to go far to have fun and have fun we did. Dirt roads ,narrow paved roads and some great curves

Sounds like another good ride.

Me? I cut my grass today. I know, you're jealous of all my fun...

I went riding on the Cherohala, Deal's Gap and the Blue Ridge Parkway in the rain. We did get dry runs on the Gap and Cherohala yesterday before we got rained on. The BlueRdige Parkway gets so foggy when it rains!

Steve

I bought a motorcycle because my wife said that I couldn't! Now I have two and she still says I can't have another one!

Yes it does. I guess the clouds just are so low that you are riding in the clouds.

Some of the best riding I've done is down there. I hope to get back there soon!
