Looks like a police bike. That's a police siren control by the left grip. Antenna must be for the radio.

What observed on this NICE bike:

1 Comunication System DualBander VHF and UHF (Ham Radio)
2. Garmin Waterproof GPS 276C
3. Waterproof 12V Socket
4. Acumen Gear and Volt Indicater
5. Led Light Front and Rear
6. DIY Cover Radiator
7. Scotoiler
8. GPS Tracking System
9. Led light for plate number

Bike belong to the Malaysia's Versys forum admistrator.
I'm also seeing this bike for the first time.
A lot of gizmo....
