Mountain Loop Highway?

Just looking to see if any other Versys owners are interested in riding the Mountain Loop Highway some weekend in May? The Mountain Loop starts at Arlington Wa., and goes thru the Oso landslide to Darrington. From there you go south, and it turns to gravel for maybe 15 or 20 miles before you get to Barlow Pass and return to pavement for the trip back to I5 via Granite Falls. Numerous forest service roads branch off of it, and the scenery is Cascades spectacular. Last time I did it I took the side trip up Mount Pilchuck, which is about a 2000 foot climb in 7 miles or so to the trailhead parking at the abandon ski center. It's a great one day ride.

Another road I missed the both times I've been out there. But the plan is to be out there again in Aug/Sept of 2020

Yeah, if you want true ram air tuning, you better be willing to ram some air! (SteveinSunnyFlorida)

I rode that on a Suzuki C50 about 12 years ago.......interesting ride to say the least.
That 15 or so miles were two track mud not gravel.
