Great spring ride

My lovely wife suggested we go for a ride today as the weather was forcast to be blue sky and 24 C so she took the versys and invited a couple of her friends and a friend of mine came so i would not be so outnumbered by the chicks.

The 3 girls coming down a gentle hill.

Please wife stop and bring my versys back

Stopped at a lovely country cafe.

It was a really awesome day turned out at 25 c or 77 F which is great riding temp but I had to much gear on for a start so glad we put top box on Versys to get rid of my excess gear.

The girls had a great day apart from my wife having a small emergency brake moment, I was supposed to be leading as I knew where to go on my mystery tour but was catching up from a stopping to taking photos and she was at front coming up to a one lane bridge behind some guy on a big HD and was so busy looing in her rear mirror watching me come from the rear at great speed to catch up that she for a moment did not relize the HD was stopping to give way to a car coming from other side of bridge, she did stop with out locking up and used her front brake correctly so was proud of her putting track day time into practice ( instructors on our track days get you to stop on straight at 100kph/60mph with only front brake).

Garage
Beautiful country, looked like nice day for a ride. Starting the rainy season here as we head into winter, probably won't see 70f for quite a while.

Ride while you can

That's awesome she made the stop. That is how many trips have a sad ending. Stopping is just that important!

Congrats to her and we learn from each one of those.
