Adirondack High Peaks

Took a couple days off work and went exploring the high peaks area of the Adirondacks. First and coolest place by far was the Tahawus mine and abandoned town. There is a mid 1800's blast furnace and equipment in the woods just off the Tahawus road that you can explore and look all around, just sitting there in the woods! Lots of great roads in the area and surprisingly little traffic on most.
