Day Ride today - Arizona

Made it through half a day of work taday and said enough is enough! The weather was in the upper 70s, sunny and beautiful. Arizona is paradise this time of year. The Versys was calling!!! Grabbed the the camera, headed out of Mesa and rode all afternoon.

Nice! Doing the same area tomorrow.

Where's winter? We've had zero rain this year!

Nice pictures! I've always like the country around Mesa - reminds me of parts of New Mexico (which I also like very much).

Nice tail bag too. What brand is it?

Tail bag is a "Moto Centric sport tail bag". Fits great and has plenty of room. The Bungi straps make it easy to take on and off.

Dang it!!

Do you know what you just made me do! I had to walk down the stairs! around the building! across the parking lot to my garage! get the camera out of the tail bag (that my dumb ass forgot earlier!)

So that I could post the pics I took this morning too hahahah

But I had to do it because... we have the same year V's, out tail bags are almost identical, and I'm in Tucson. lol.

This first one, I'd already gotten so high up in the Catalina Mountains, there was snow on the ground, so it's time to turn around.

Just a general view looking off to the side.

Caught a couple of sport bike riders going by... they were booking man, screaming.

Just a couple of shots looking back, to where I'm now headed

Another sport bike rider coming round, I'm saying he's apexed quite a bit too soon...

Kind of a zoom in of the roads and what they are like.

Hey the complaining was tongue in cheek Awesome pictures! It's a lot of fun, this part of the Country, this time of year! No better way to see the Country than on a motorcycle

We should get together sometime! Enjoy

ps. ya know, there were so many stopping points and views prior to this point on the way up, I kept saying, gotta stop there, gotta stop there too, etc etc.

but I'm having so much fun... I ain't stopping
