Ride today? Meet for lunch at Eureka Springs

Correction:
I didn't make Eureka, went to Jasper instead. CycleGadgets was closed for the holidays.

Table Rock lake, south of Branson West. Had a great ride, about 200 miles.

Oh, they've got FANTASTIC roads up there.

I have a client in Springfield, and we routinely go to see one of his customers in Mountain Home, AR. The roads are simply awesome. Treacherous in some places...there is more than one off-camber blind, descending-radius turn out there that will eat your lunch if you overcook it. Lotta gravel, too. Also quite a few LEOs.

But really pretty riding country.

Wish I would have known, I've attended the last two years. Are you a vendor? Entertainer? My avatar pic is from the ride, "ArkRider.com" takes pics on the Pig Trail.

My favorite Arkansas pic. Taken right after a Push Mountain run. This is where I learned to appreciate the "sport bike" side of the Versys.

Element, hope to meet up with you sometime. I go at least twice a year at Fathers day and the week after BB&BBQ.

The wife & I work for Kawasaki Consumer Events helping out with the demo rides around the country, she takes care of registration & sign ups and I'm one of the escort riders. I'm also am a Kawi rep at the IMS shows during the winter months.

We had to cancel last years B,B & BBQ at the last minute due to needing the truck at the dealers meeting in Las Vegas, the first time we've missed Arkansas in the last 4 years. It's one of our favorite events because of the GREAT riding in the evenings.

Hopefully if it's on the schedule this coming year we'll be there and maybe we can hook up.

Dan

Sounds good, I'll try to find you this year. @haydenkd, pm me next time, I'll meet you in Arkansas! I rode Push Mountain in Sept at a MSTA rally, first time. Unfortunately I learned later in that day, a member crashed and died on the mountain. That sure put a somber air on the rest of the meet. So, be safe friend!
I have to correct myself, I rode again today! We had killer tornadoes in the area this morning, sunshine and 60 this afternoon. Crazy weather.

You're over-qualified killbilly!!
Dan

Element,
That's really sad about the guy going down, hate to hear that.

I saw on the news where Arkansas got hammered by the tornadoes.
I'll keep ya posted if we work it this year........sure hope so!
Dan
