Five year anniversary

I picked up the Versys 5 years ago on my 50th birthday. I have a tradition of riding to the top of Mt Evans (14,238 ft) around the end of August each year. It's a fun ride, especially during the weekdays when there aren't so many tourists, it makes it a little more 'spirited'.

This year we encountered some snow along the side of the road from about 13,000 ft up. Nothing on the roadway itself, but it was a good reminder that the summer riding season will be ending shortly in Colorado.

Oh, and I think I captured a pokemon at the top. I have no idea what would possess a fully grown woman to wear something like this in public

Happy Anniversary JMason and Silvie. The road up Mt. Evans is quite dramatic; pity I did not have a motorcycle when I lived there. My mom's ashes are sprinkled about half way up the upper part of that road between the lake and the top.

Forty years away from 2 wheel fun. Sure is great to be back smelling the roses!!!
