I see it a lot out here in Cali. They do that when they want to shut the freeway down for whatever reason. Sometimes i think their just getting in practice. If I'm on the bike i just usually keep going on my way.

Yep, CHP rolling road block/traffic brake.
Weljo2001 you use a Drift?
I just bought the Stealth 2 and it has horrendous wind noise. I feel like I have tried everything to help to no avail. You have any tips? You had minimal wind noise and I heard some sirens.

I use one of these guys on my Contour Roam 2. It does a great job up to about 50 MPH.

Yes i have 2 Drift Ghost. I use a Modular Helmet with no wind curtain. So i get more wind noise than some. I use the Drift Mic. Before i had the Mic Head attached to the chin bar just below my mouth. Everyonce in awhile the mic cable would get closed in the guard and the last time it got pinched and the mic was useless. I put this mic in less than a month ago. I routed the new one through the helmet liner and I use a Scala G9 with the Mic Boom so i ran the mic cable along the Scala Mic Boom and zip-tied them to each other. Placed the Mic Head just in front of the Scala Mic Head and zip-tied them together. That way the Drift Mic Cable is out of the way and won't get damaged. With it attached to the boom you can move it around for the best position to your mouth. Seems to cut down on the wind noise and you can still hear whats going on around you. I have it set on the second level on the mic sensitivity level on the camera. I took the tie that came with the mic and use it to secure the foam piece to the mic head. Below are some photos. I leave some slack in the cable so I'm able to lift the chin bar.

Awesome. Thanks for the awesome explanation of your set up and pictures. I may give that a try, I just got it a few weeks ago and feel I have tried everything. I will try this as a last attempt before I send it back and try another brand. Thank you.

There have been lots of not so friendly reviews of the Stealth 2. I love the Drift Ghost and would like to get the Ghost-S but its more of a want than a need. Amazon usually has the best deals on the Drifts i saw a Ghost on there awhile back that was really cheap.
