Sunday fun day

50 degrees out yesterday and a little bit windy. Finished cleaning before the Super Bowl and had some time to kill so decided to take the V out for a spin. Started off as some light highway riding. Then saw some promising country roads along the side of the interstate and some oil rig routes. It's usually too wet to go down them but yesterday was perfect. First time taking the V on anything that wasn't at least gravel and I'm surprised how well the 17" tires handled it. Some different tires would've made it a ton better but all in all it was a great ride. Perhaps not anything as fierce as AlaskaJeff's tires but something more 80/20 road/dirt. Can't wait for spring and more riding ahead. Next will be some good hard cases on the back for my camping adventures.

I apologize I only stopped once to get pictures. I will have to get better at that.

Nice. Any day you can go out for a ride is a good day. Unless, of course, you should fall over and even then it's better than working.
