Graft 2015 headlight/front fairing onto old model

Just wondering if anyone has tried to graft the newer headlight/fairing onto an older versys. Is it possible? Is it ridiculously expensive?

Anything is possible, but you might find it hard.
I think there are differences in the tank mounts for the side faring. maybe even the tank itself as it hold more fuel.
You would have to get all a straight front end framework etc from somewhere... not going to be cheap!

I suppose you could do the praying mantis and just have the headlights and front shrouds, without any side farings.

Likely be both cheaper and easier to just buy a 2015.

Or was that look THEN leap?

Maybe easier to graft a Ninja front to an older Versys if you are just going for the side-by-side headlights.
