And a Geek! :P

Having said that, after years of being a microsoft SA, I think my next home computer is going to be a MAC. No drama, they just work.

Indeed. Congratulations

By the way - for you iPhone users out there. I found the easiest and cheapest way to get a great GPS going is to forget all about mounting your iphone etc - get MotionX Drive for $.99, punch in your route before the ride, put on your headphones, put the iphone in your jacket pocket and listen to music and the soothing female navigation voice from Motion X with sound-only.

Works like a charm.

Keep on fiddling with your MS base computer
In the meantime, I will ride my bike, and not worry about my personal compter getting infected, crashing, having to add this or that to use it, all this because I'm a Apple user for the last 14 year and a beliver from day one ... (Linux is very nice also ...)

+1 on any unix flavor!

Macs are good, don't like the warranty void if you crack the shell.

Windows, buy a cheap one, after a few years, buy another cheap one.

All in all, whatever works, just like riding.

I like the badge!

How about a bunch of little Harley stickers to show "fighter pilot" victories?

HAHAHAHAHAH! I LOVE IT!!!!

Hmmmm...let's seee here.....

True Masochists invariably love....

PC's, even though each new version is promised to be as good as a Mac (and NEVER is)
Harleys, new or old
British bikes, mostly old ones
Urals
Yugo's
Fiat's
Peugeot's
button fly pants

Maybe a list or a sticky of these sort of troublesome, antique, arcane things that people stuck in the stone age require to assert their masculinity or stupidity, should be started here. Ha Ha!

Once you go Mac, you never go back!

LOL....

It's interesting to see the wide range of emotional reactions I'm getting from people in traffic. All from high-five gestures to the middle finger But mostly smiles and chuckles.
