Welcome to the forum. I love the Norton decal. Had a 1975 850 Commando Interstate and loved it. Really!

Eddie, he's a NoDak, so the different colors are how to tell which way the bike is heading during a blizzard.

I left my first bike, a Kawasaki 400 triple, for 2 Norton Commando's in a row: a 1971 canary yellow High Rider (my favorite year engine of all Norton's) and a metal flake blue 1972 Combat roadster. They are actually dependable around town, with a greasy rag and constantly retightening nuts, bolts, and esp. exhaust flanges. Then BMW's wooed me due to dependability for 4 bikes in a row. I'm glad to be back on a Kawasaki Vs. 650 even though I still own a BMW F650ST thump too (I just never ride it.)

With several other bikes in between, I still think the Vs. 650 is the best of them all. But nothing sounds as nice as a Norton 750 Commando! Even knowledgeable and truthful Harley riders admit that. And the Norton was the first oem racer widely available to the public.

I love your gas tank sticker and your bike! Hail to the Snortin' Norton's!

I also like the Norton decals, but have never rode one or owned one.
Here is a photo when I had my 2008 Versys.

During the summer of 1980, in the company of an original Gold Wing and a BMW R75, I rode my 850 Commando Interstate from Southwest Germany through Belgium and England to the Isle of Man and back over a three week period. It was the only bike of the three that ran flawlessly. It never skipped a beat. And it sounded and looked spectacular. It was even mentioned on Manx Radio. Rule Britannia! I wish I still had it. In addition to my Verses of course.

Garage
I'm a big fan of de-badging and re-badging this bike. It's too easy and too fun.

Always trust your cape.
