Yet another...

Mirror thread.

So I was tightening up the nut inside the nut, and what do you know, Mr. Heavy Hands breaks the threaded end right off. Dumbass. So I ordered a set of the Emgo mirrors from Dennis Kirk. Shipped to the door in 2 days for 40 bucks! Mounted 'em up and took my baby for a ride. What do you know? I can actually see what's behind me. I just wish they were a tad bigger, but I'm not complaining. Very happy with 'em.

Thanks to everyone that bought, and tried out before me.

I buy from DK all the time. Do you have the part numbers handy for future reference?

Thanks,

Kirk

I picked up a set of the Emgo's myself. Not a big fan of the rubber gaitor on the stems...but they vibrate much less and don't come loose.

Yup.

Dennis Kirk Part #: 391504 right
Dennis Kirk Part #: 391505 left

Took 15 minutes to mount, and that was piddling around!

I'm not either, but they work so well that I'm willing to overlook them. I also got those ebay mirrors with the signals in them as well, but I need to figure out the best way to tap into the electrical system without risking burning out fuses/flashers.

I bought the 08 Zx1000 mirrors for about $70 from my local dealer. Fit perfect, look great.
