New Bars and Tail Tidy

Just installed some new Renthal Ultra Low bars with Rox pivoting risers to get a more sporty position, and it works great. Thanks to dhauch for the idea!

Also got hold of a Targa tail tidy kit, which was pretty simple to install, and definitely makes the tail tidy

Pics included.

Nice look, a lot of folks are doing the tail thing and doing a nice job of it, funny I like the tail the way it is. Seems keeping it stock makes mine a little different now.

Keep up the good work, bike looks great!

That looks really good. Are you low enough for the windscreen to be effective?

Yep I do find the the original screen is now better than before. It's better than the Vario and the Givi screen in the more upright position.

Nice Job! Which height risers did you use? or Rox part number. Any interference issues with the cowl or screen?

thx, -dave

Just a question. does the pivoting unit allows multi handle bar position?. You can adjust the handle bar position to your liking.

Really nice look. Glad to see a way to move away from the ape hangar bars that come stock on these bikes.

Very nice, good work there. Like the Renthal alloy bar, looks like it would match the headers.

They are 2" risers for 7/8" to 7/8". Here is where I got them from:

There are no clearance issues with the tank cowl or the screen. I have barkbusters guards on there too. The switch gear just needs a tiny tilt to clear the tank cowl, and thats all.

You can tilt them anywhere you like very easily, which is nice if you plan on a longer trip and want to get more upright again.
