Cee Bailey's windscreen

Finally decided I needed a taller than stock windscreen on my '09, after living with minor mods to my stock screen. I randomly picked a Cee Baileys screen, after doing a little bit of research on what as still available for an 09 V. Shipping was pretty quick, and install was easy (duh!).

In the highest position, it clears my acerbis handguards, with a little room left to spare. Turbulence and wind is a lot less than my modified stock screen, and it's pretty much removed a lot of wind noise as well.

It pretty much paid for itself on the way home from dinner tonight. A late evening storm rolled through denver tonight so it was a wet ride all the way (18 miles). Even with rain and blowback from cagers, I barely had any rain buildup on my helmet visor. When I did, it was easy to lift my head up into the windscreen and get the wind to blow most of the drops off.

Which size screen did you get and how tall are you? I see that Happy Trail now has four sizes of Cee Bailey screens for the Versys.

I'm just under 6' tall. I bought a clear, dome topped 21" screen.

I have a beaded seat cover that I use in the summer, I'm hoping that little bit of extra height wont push me too far up into the windstream. Guess I'll find out soon enough!
