New KMW decals

Going to put an order to print KMW decals. (In Blue) 3X3 looks the best IMHO. Printing up 1X1 also. Good for helmets etc. I need to offset the price of printing which is HIGH. They are $10.00 for 2 3x3 and 2 1x1. I'm still waiting to see the quality. But thought I would put out some feelers. If they are not up to par, I will post results. Thank you and safe riding. How about going with black and white? Then, we could all use them.... or, buy them that is...

Here is one I had made a year ago... You don't have to make it any color, just have them leave the white part blank or clear and the color of whatever is behind it shows through...
If I had to do it over I would have put the KLE on top but would have added 650 on the bottom

If I new what I was doing, I wouldn't still be working

Very cool, great job. I love to mess with people, hell they think it's a damn BMW anyway. LOL

I think contractor's design is good. No need to make it blue an white in the middle, just leave the colored part blank. Might make them a bit cheaper too.

I have a friend that cuts vinyl. I can see how much he would do them for.

If you can have them made so they work with any color, like mentioned, I will buy 5, 2 for me, three for a little bit of fun....

I think that's the plan, if you leave the middle clear, then it will match whatever color you put it on

That price sounds pretty high if you're buying them in any kind of quantity. I have the equipment to make them because I used to be in business doing that, but have recently started ordering the decals for my forum because there are some big outfits that sell them really cheap and it's not worth my time for large batches. Have you requested a quote from vinyl-decals.com?

I didn't get a huge quanity, and may experiment with it a little more in the future. Leaving some sections clear is a great idea if you want it to match your bike. I have a red 08' and wanted the blue propellor as a nice contrast and to fool the quick glance, looking as close to the real one as possible. I realize it is somewhat limiting, but my purpose was to keep a few for myself and offer the rest at a fair price. They cost me $1.75 ea. LG. and SM. $10.00 for 4 Free shipping. Thank you for all the input, and I hope I can buy a few from you in the future as well. Thanks guys, Mark

The sizes included are 2 3/4 2ea. and 1X1 2ea. I'll try to post a picture but have had no luck. I have 7 sets available, I hope you like them.

Oh, I misread your original post. I thought you were saying you needed to cover the high printing cost of $10 for 4. If that's what you're selling them for, that's not a bad deal at all.

Not to be an ass, but the BMW symbol is not a propeller it's an engineering symbol.I do like the idea of having them on the "V" though.

For as long as I've followed cars and bikes (since the '60s...) the BMW symbol has ALWAYS been referred to as a stylized propeller, as they initially made aircraft engines in WW1.

Great quality on these decals from Vendetta. I bought a set Sunday they look great. I think they have to be blue, isn't that the point, to look like BMW?

I thought they were propellers until I looked it up. You can look at any engineered plans for a building , a bridge or whatever and they will have the same symbol on them. The stickers still look good.
