2010 model without the rear hugger

It seems like KW on purpose decided not to put a rear hugger on this bike. They replaced the entire cosmetic on the bike but no hugger. It looks like it is personal issue

Any of you tryed to fit the 6n/6f hugger on the versys?

Versys does not come with a rear hugger - 2010 and prior years. I have both a 2009 and 2010 V. The 2009 rear hugger also fits the 2010. (I suspect the 2007 and 2008 years all use the same hugger as 2009.) There are several vendors selling Versys rear huggers. Here's one: http://www.twinshack.co.uk/prods/126.html

I bought the hugger from Twin Shack for my 2010 Versys. It's an excellent piece of kit, very well made and fitted perfectly.

I got the Carbon Fiber Hugger off E-Bay Denise Kirk scratch and dent for $25 bucks. The Hugger was for a bigger Kawasaki and originally retail for $230 dollars. I could not use the supplied brackets and made my own from some scrap aluminum.
