Foot rest frame protector (Heel Guard resin sticker project)

Anybody be interested in these. I am sorting this out for the UK forum (http://www.versys.co.uk/index.php?op...1&topic=5974.0) and it just occured to me some of my US Versys riding friends might be interested.

Got some samples today from manufacturer and taken a few photos both with and without flash. The protector on mine is one of PN77 originals in clear so thatís what clear looks like and hopefully the finished product.
Delivery is 5 days to me from placing order then post out to you guys.

Any of the plain colours £12.45
Any of the Carbon lookalikes £ £14.70

The round disc working clockwise from top right
Bright Silver, Black,Silver Carbon and Black carbon.

The rectangle below shows Matt Silver

I had made some tank protectors with Magnetic sheeting (used for car door signs and refrigerator magnets) and carbon fiber look vinyl they came out ok but I need to play with it some more. I still have lots of the carbon fiber look vinyl gonna try with the templet from the UK site I believe the original Guy's name is Silverfish who made them. I attached the templet and a link to the post. Im gonna give it a try Ive got a couple other types of vinyl to try. Either way when I get a chance Ill post a pic or two.

, RedRiguez for the template.

My future cheap try will be to use my car's rubber floor mats.
Cut it out to size and use contact glue to stick it on.

I have the last set of PN77 originals. They work very well, and I recommend them to anyone who does not yet know about them. Keeps the plastic parts around your heels from scuffing up... which they will.

Good for you for picking up the ball. I know there will be interest!

Hi Gti

Black Carbon it is. I am leaving the thread to run for a week or so more before placing the order and then we can sort the money out.

I am actually having these made up to order from a template. Never seen anything actually on sale for any bike. If you want to do a template for the SV and Pm it to me I'll see what I can do for you if you like. Most manufacturers only want to make runs of 50 plus in 1 colour. The people that I am using are a lot more flexible once I get past 10 pairs.

I'd like a set of the matte silver or clear please (which ever will lead you a larger bulk order)

Thanks,
Colin

You can have either, just to clear up any confusion, anyone can have any of the 5 colours, it makes no difference to me.

Do you mean the Silver Carbon, looking at the disk working from top right clockwise it is the 3rd one next to the solid Black?

Cheers

Anyone else I need to know by close of play on Saturday
