Carbon Fiber Radiator panels

Hey guys,

Looking at the V, one of the few things that I don't like about its appearance are the silver side panels and radiator panels (for those of you who have silver). They just look cheap to me. I have no idea what the cost would be, but I may be looking into finding a shop to make some one-off carbon fiber replacements. Certainly, if there were interest in such a product, it would be a lot cheaper and easier to get someone interested in production. Would anyone be interested in something like that? Just a thought. Drop a reply if you have any input. Thanks.

I would be interested, depending price, of course. Could be sweet looking.

I've made CF parts before.
Creating the mold for the radiator shrouds would be a pain in the neck and since it's not a structural piece and the current piece is plastic you aren't really gaining any strength or saving any weight.

I think the black paint is a much better and easier solution.

did you look into paint dipping don't know how it is called exactely
but they dip the panel in a tub filled with chemicals witch has a paint film floating on top of it you can get it in different looks and i'll bet it's cheaper than carbon parts

did a quick search came up with hydro-dip
