Are those GIVI V35s or some cheap knockoff? The flat black does look good with the black bike. Wouldn't want that color on my red bike though.

Neither, they are Kappa 33n's someone else on this forum got onto them from motostorm in Italy, so I bought some as well.

Kappa is a different bag and a different market than what Givi is chasing.
It gives Givi an opening to a different customer base and to grow it for future
sales.

Doesn't look like the same styling ques. Looks like an entry level bag like the JCWhitney trunk.

I do think it goes great with the matt black bikes though.

Kappas are the budget version of Givis. Most of their cases, base plates and racks are interchangeable.

Current : Maroon 2011.
