Handlebar Risers

Has anyone tried Handlebar Risers? Thinking of ordering but would like to know if anyone has used them and any comments or concerns?

I had some risers that were from my KLR.

They work ok, although they are not the best looking, they leave a gap between the cap and the top of the triple clamp.

It not must be too noticeable though because I haven't had anyone including the dealer say anything about them.

I wasn't unhappy with the stock setup, but I am one who likes the bars higher, I like a more straight up sitting position.

Having said all that, I like the risers, and would recommend them. Between the risers and the moto werk peg lowers, I am very happy with the ergos of the V. I think I am as comfortable now as I was on my KLR.

Anybody else think these buffalo wings taste a lot like chicken?

I used the rubber mounted roxy risers. I too had them on my KLR for a while. Then I put new handle bars on it and with the 2 inch rizers I felt like I had Ape hangers. They do better on the Versys. Less buzz and you can adjust them to suit your riding position.

Would you have any pics available? I'm thinking of using the MotoWerk peg lowering kit along with the Roxy Anti-vibration Bar Risers. I'm thinking they will be a great combination!

I dont have any pics of the roxy risers on my bike yet. Here's a pic not of my bike. I went with lower pegs , raised handle bar, Higher BMW seat and the adjustable Madstad brackets with the Cal-Sci tall windshield. It feels like a diffferent bike. Got back from a long trip 2 weeks ago.

I think Dallasdon has Rox riders on his bike and photos in another thread. Do a search or go to his profile.

Put this on last night. Rode to work this morning like the set up and it's a nice clean look

I installed the SW Motech riser plate last weekend, along with the Motowerk peg lowering blocks. Those two small changes make a big difference in my comfort level.

Got the lowering pegs helped a great deal. Added the Baldwin Tall Seat and it gives you an extra inch to sit further back so my arms were too straight for me. the riser put me at a perfect position
