Bike Master risers

Took the little Ninja EX500 down to St. Pete and stopped in to Barney's yesterday. While there I found a set of Bike Master risers. $36 so I bought them.

I do have 2 sets of Rox risers but with that Versys "bracket" thing that goes over the center of the bars, I just didn't see the Rox looking that good.

Anyway, the Bike Master's are gloss-black so they're a little off-color from the stock color. But, they're kind of low profile so you can't see them unless you're looking. They also come with "layers" so you can (de)increase the height. They provide 3 different bolt lengths depending on the layers. (I set mine at 2 layers, which privides a 1 1/4" pull back.)

Took a little ride today, went through a few "L" curves and the bike feels great! I noticed myself sitting straight up and very little slouching. I also feel like I'm sitting up higher and it pushes my butt back towards the seat lip, which is great! I'm going to keep them on for a while, get a few more longer rides in and see if they're keepers.
