ER-6N Oil Pan swap

Finished the swap-out of my OEM tall, with mounting lugs, and bottom drain oil pan to an ER-6N shorter, shaved side lugs, and side drain plug oil pan. I was having some clearance issues with my aftermarket slip-on springs and was getting ready to mount the SW Motech skid plate which necessitated the permanent removal of the lower side fairings, and since it didn't use the mounting lugs I figured I would shave them off as JDRocks did. I think it came out pretty well so far.

2013 vs 2017 650's

For what its worth, my 2013 called for 2.5 qts (w/ filter change) and my 2017 calls for 1.9 qts!!

As far as I could tell after the refill it's right at the same 2.5 with filter replacement.

FWIW - IF you have a Gen 1 or 2 w/ the oil-drain at the bottom of that long "tit", and DON'T have a skid-plate, suggest you be VERY CAREFUL riding anywhere 'rough', as IF you hit that, you're probably going to have a LONG walk (AND recovery of your Versys later!) ahead of you....
