Front fender removal

I want to paint my front fender and can't seem to figure out how to get those black plastic clamps off, you know the ones that hold the brake hoses?

Any suggestions are appreciated, even if I have to snap them off and replace them..lol

Thanks in advance!

I believe they just pop out. I had one come out by itself and I just popped it back in.

I found that if you try to slide just one side of the split from underneath up, while trying to slide the other side down, they should pop right out.
