So... I've been measuring, looking, surfing, reading, thinking and everything else about what top case to mount on my new top rack.
I finally decided on a Hardigg iM2450 case.

I place my order last week and within 10 minutes I got a phone call from "Dawn" and as soon as she introduced herself, I blurted out "What did I get wrong?"... thinking that I had made some sort of error on my Credit Card number or something... She said "No... No... I just wanted you to know that we got your order and it should be out for delivery this afternoon... and we just wanted to thank you for ordering from us."
Well... I was pretty dumbfounded by such a nice cheerful phone call so soon after hitting the "send" key...
Three days later my Hardigg iM2450 case showed up FEDEX and it was absolutely perfect in every way. I was very happy with my purchase...
Then yesterday, in the mail, I got a hand written
Thank You card from Dawn and and the folks at Hardigg and its parent company Andax Industries.
Well... to say the least... I was now totally flabbergasted at such personalized service from a company that I ordered from over the Internet. Just thought I'd pass it along to the rest of you guys and gals... just in case you ever need a Hardigg case for anything else they have to offer.
