Painted the fairing

I had trouble uploading pictures here, so here is a link to my thread on SBR of my bike with black fairings. Want to thank the members here that sold me the used fairings. Thanks!

Talking Paint scheme

Your paint scheme, green tank and black fairing sides looks a lot like the 2012 Versys, yellow tank with black fairing sides.
Your's is now up to date with the latest color scheme.
Looks nice!

Nice job, looks good, but I think it might look better if the front fender was black as well.

Those who say money can't buy happines haven't bought A VERSYS.

I don't know. Now it seems like green is just an accent color on the bike. It's no longer a "green" Versys

Hoping to become a rider soon

That's kinda what I was going for. I originally bought the green bike because most of the hard parts are black and I was going to paint the green black but the green really grew on me and I just could not bring myself to paint it all black, its a beautiful color. I like the splash of green hear and there and I was going to paint the lower cowlings black but now think its just the right amount of silver to go with the rest. It seem's to blend well, to me anyway.
I was real happy after painting the Hugger brackets, I'm not real happy with the look of the brackets that I made, not too creative, just functional and they don't stand out so much now.
