Flag Mounts?

Howdy. With college football season upon us, I wanted to perhaps mount a car flag (or two) to the back of the V. I have an SW Motech rear rack I thought might be a good spot to do it.

Has anyone mounted flags to their V? If so, do you have any suggestions or links? Pretty much everything I've seen has been chrome and meant for HD and other cruisers.

lol oh man, no one up here in the north east understands when i tell them about how big college football is in the south. They are like " yea, we have the eagles and penstate...we get it." no, you dont.

but then again Vonski - I dont have to tell you how big of an auburn tigers fan I am, cause that would just be rubbing it in

but for real: that was a great game

Haha! Yeah that was a great game. It was full of frustrating moments for me as a Duck fan, but it was a lot of fun to watch as well.

I'm still not sure how I'll go about mounting a flag so it doesn't get stolen if unattended. I'm wondering if I can pick up one of the types of flags that are held in place when you roll up a car window on its base... kind of a u-shaped base. It might work if I 'lock' it into place inside the Givi case lip. Hrmm... I wouldn't want to ruin the waterproof gasket though.

Thanks, Weljo. That might work. I'm not sure where it'd fit behind me unless I took the top case off and used the rack base as, well, a base.

In looking at the lip of the top case and using it as an anchor point for the flags that install to windows, I don't think my idea will work. The gasket is too far in for the hook of the flagpole to catch it right.

I'll keep searching!

You could put these on the sides or back of the topcase to attach the suction cup to http://www.amazon.com/TomTom-Adhesive-disk-pack-2/dp/B001763SRI/ref=pd_cp_e_3
