'08 KLR Handguards on a Versys?

Anyone know if the '08 black KLR 650 handguards will fit on a Versys? Other options?

Thanks in advance.

Acerbis touring are a direct fit. No mods needed.

I've got an '08 KLR and a Versys so I tried fitting the KLR guards on the Versys. The throttle side went on fine using all the parts (longer pivot bolt, etc.) from the KLR on the Versys. The clutch side uses a different pin diameter plus a bushing for the adjustable lever setup.

Hey Too Tall,

I've got the handguards and the pivot bolts, but when I tried to put the on, it seemed like I had to do some grinding on the handguard for the clutch side. Did you have to do this and if so got any pics

Thanks
